Over Five Decades of Excellence in Journalism

Law Kumar Mishra began his journalism career with Searchlight and later joined The Times of India, Delhi. During his distinguished career, he was posted across ten different states and shared professional experiences with over three dozen Chief Ministers representing diverse political ideologies.

He was the only journalist from Bihar to cover the Kargil War — a defining moment in his journalistic journey. He also served as Special Correspondent for The Times of India in Srinagar from 1998 to 2001.

He worked as the Bihar and Jharkhand representative for the Free Press Journal and contributed articles to renowned publications including Illustrated Weekly of India, Dharmyug, Dinman and Youth Times.

He also served as Executive Editor of Hindusthan Samachar, further strengthening his reputation as a respected voice in Indian journalism.
